A UFC on Fuel TV 4 light heavyweight bout between Nick Penner and Tom DeBlass has been scrapped. It has been an injury plagued summer, so the UFC pulled the plug on the bout when Nick Penner had to withdraw due to injury, according to UFC Tonight.
