JOHN McGLYNN today admitted he can't wait to get back to work at Tynecastle - and insisted he already has a good idea of the squad he will work with. The 50-year-old was confirmed as Hearts' new manager yesterday evening, agreeing a 12-month deal with the option of a further year.
