New South Wales captain Paul Gallen has declared himself 100 per cent fit for Wednesday's State of Origin opener against Queensland in Melbourne. Gallen hurt his knee playing for Cronulla against South Sydney two weeks ago and then injured his quadriceps in a boxing session last week.
