Students & Scholars Against Corporate Misbehaviour (SACOM) says that Foxconn hasn't cleaned up their act, following the company's promise to improve conditions for their workers. Earlier this year, the Fair Labor association audited Foxconn's working conditions, and uncovered labor violations including illegal working hours, and a disregard for employee health and safety.
