Sony has given an explanation as to why it's suing Jerry Lambert in a statement addressed to Venture Beat , which basically says that the company doesn't want "Kevin Butler's" image associated with any competing consoles and that Lambert had breached his contract when appearing in Bridgestone's Game On commericial.
