Here's my new favorite cutie Nina Dobrev at ELLE's Women In Hollywood Celebration, and while I'm always happy to celebrate Nina, I'm not so sure about this outfit. Nina's young and hot. She should be dressing her age, not like some old lady at a charity ball.
