Brighton have appointed former FA commercial director and Tottenham executive director Paul Barber as their new chief executive. Barber, 45, who has spent the past two years as CEO at Vancouver Whitecaps, leading the club's transition to Major League Soccer, will begin his new role at the Amex Stadium on June 18.
