E! News reports that Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to her second child (after son Mason) and first daughter with Scott Disick. The girl, named Penelope Scotland Disick, was born early yesterday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. The birth was completely natural. Penelope weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces.
