London Welsh will play in the Aviva Premiership next season after winning their appeal to the RFU, which means Newcastle Falcons will be relegated. An independent audit found that the Championship title winner's had not achieved the minimum standards required - particularly at their stadium in Richmond - for promotion to the Aviva Premiership.
