Organizers of the 8th annual Afropunk Festival are pleased to announce that the 'Battle of the Bands' competition is now open. The 'Battle of the Bands' contest uses both a social media (online) and a live performance component. The top two bands will perform at the Afropunk Festival on August 25 and August 26, 2012.
