The N.H.L. finally gave the Players' Association details of a revised revenue-sharing plan Tuesday, but Commissioner Gary Bettman characterized it as "quite similar" to the current system. If that is so, management and the union will probably remain far apart once the union makes its initial proposal in negotiations for a new collective bargaining agreement.
