Victoria Azarenka has emerged as a doubt for the French Open after pulling out of the Internazionali BNL d'Italia in Rome with a shoulder injury. The world number one, who has won four titles already this season, withdrew despite beating Shahar Peer 6-1 6-2 on Wednesday night.
