Elvis Dumervil got out of his vehicle in bumper-to-bumper traffic and showed off his gun during a road rage incident. For that, the Pro Bowl linebacker was arrested in South Beach at 5 p.m. on Saturday, and he faces a third-degree felony charge that carries a maximum of five years in jail.
