It's Chrome 10 dev. version that came bundled with two games Entanglement and Poppit, these apps appeared on New Tab Page since then we've not seen Google releasing Chrome with games preinstalled for their developer channel or any other channel, they may not release Chrome with games preinstalled for all users without users consent.
