Nokia has acquired Scalado, the Swedish app developer specializing in image editing and management. The deal, terms of which remain undisclosed, sees Nokia taking ownership of Scalado's technologies, intellectual property and staff. The 50-strong development team will be placed into Nokia's imaging department via a new "centre for imaging excellence" in Lund, Sweden.
