Charles Green claims Rangers players will be in breach of their contracts if they refuse to transfer to his newco club. Green's consortium will default to a newco route to complete their purchase of Rangers after Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs revealed plans to reject a Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) proposal.
